Read and ponder seriously on the below:
❗What will happen to my assets when I die? What about my children? Will they have friction and is there a possibility that my wishes were not respected?
❗For business owners with partners - what happens to my shares when I die? Is there a fair value of my business share to my family to take? Does the business have the funds to pay my family?
❗How do I exit my business at fair value? What if I exit at an inconvenient time due to illness/accidents?
❗Today I stop work, can I survive on my current passive income?
Hi everybody from all walks of life! I am in a business to preserve dignity, looking out for possible "unique scenarios" of others. Making lives richer with fulfillment.
Through courses I've taken, coupled with my personal experience with my other clients/unique situations, and with your permission, I can educate to better the lives of others who connects with me meaningfully. Be it on their finances, business situations, and/or family.
The idea is to have a bespoke ''all-weather plan", where I can value add by addressing the financial, legal and social aspects of your current situation.
You dont know what you dont know. Have a chat with me and you may uncover 'unique scenarios' that needs your attention to resolve.
And if you think the time spent, effort and resources set aside to do planning is costly, wait until you realize the real cost (Family ties/Monetary/Time spent) of not planning!

Meet someone who really cares
Jerry Yeo是一位很专业,也很尽责的财务顾问,而且也拿过很多奖项,包括Financial Planner of the year 2019。
Jerry Yeo!

Meet my trustworthy adviser Jerry
I got to know Jerry when he did a seminar at my company on financial planning in 2012. I counted myself as rather financial-savvy and do my own investment - for both Value (Long-term) and CFD (short-term) trading in the SG and US markets.
During the seminar, I can relate and understand what he shared with us, which builds credibility. But what impressed me the most is his passions for his work and his eagerness to share his knowledge with his clients. With that, I approached him after the seminar to help first manage my family's insurance portfolio (I have 3 wonderful kids) and later on wealth management.
Over the years, when I am approached on the street by any prospective financial advisers, I am always very confident to tell them I already have a capable financial adviser (referring to Jerry). And when I am always being introduced to new financial products, I will check with Jerry, he is my "gatekeeper". I have full confidence and trust that Jerry will provide me with unbiased recommendations.
Throughout the years, not only did Jerry help build up a robust insurance portfolio for my family, he also helped us with Will writing, mortgages and other financial matters. Jerry is our family's go-to-guy for any financial matters and I have total trust in him delivering his best for us.
I have recommended Jerry to my extended family and my close friends. And I too would full-heartedly recommends him to any of you.

Jerry has my family’s best interest
I met Mr Jerry in a sharing session organized by my company. He quickly impressed me by clearing my doubts and explaining the importance of financial planning.
We are currently living in an unpredictable future, without proper financial planning it will be very difficult to overcome the financial burdens for ourselves and the family. Jerry helped me to understand some of the financial planning aspects, what to expect in unforeseen scenarios and how to overcome it. With his help and guidance, I felt secure with him in the financial planning for my family and future.
He is down to earth person with the patience to listen all your queries. He is very passionate and competent in his work and he follows up regularly to know our current status. He is also caring, always thinking about the welfare of his customers and treats them as a friend and a well-wisher.
He is part of our family and trustworthy in terms of financial advisor or planning.
I always give a call to him whatever I have a doubt on financial matters. He helps me to clear the doubts and explain about them clearly.
That led me share with my friends about the importance of financial planning and Jerry helped those I recommended be in better financial position as well.
He is a go to person, I strongly recommend him to my friends as an expert and advisor for the financial planning for the family.

Meet someone I trust – Jerry!
I get to know Jerry through a friend while having conversations on financial planning as I do realized that my policies that I have signed up for did not fully address the gaps I have.
What Jerry really amazes me is that my friend just merely mentioned to him what kind of concerns I was facing, and he came to me with a plan! A plan not to “sell policies”, but a plan that have a best interest for me to grow my wealth, ensure my family are protected and also give me a trajectory of what else to look out for to plan in short, medium and long term. This is a plus point for me!
I really enjoy speaking to Jerry as he is knowledgeable and professional. What I like about his working style is that he does not lock down to only one insurer. Rather, he will shortlist a few insurers to share with you the pros & cons and what is the most suitable for you based on your needs.
I am blessed to know Jerry. Not only is he reliable, but he is also responsible and have passion in his work. To those out there looking for an experienced and trustworthy adviser, I truly recommend you reach out to Jerry.

Meet someone I trust – Jerry!
I came across Jerry as a financial advisor who is very different from others.
I first receive a cold call from Jerry perhaps 9 years ago and that call was not cold at all. He introduced himself and asked if he could help in my financial planning.
Naturally I did not pursue further with him. Couple of weeks later, he called and sounded very sincere and I do not feel pressured at all. Hence I agreed on a meet up. And that’s how it all started.
Jerry is very knowledgeable and well informed of the current policies and changes. He is well prepared during all our meetings and will prepared plans which are relevant to me. He too is very willing and readily make changes to proposals to suit my needs. That said, he will not pressure me into taking up any policies and gave me the space and time to consider.
With Jerry’s competencies and good foresight, I have benefitted good returns in my investment.
After working with Jerry for many years, amazingly I made the greatest discovery!! During one of my family gathering, my brother and his wife was chatting about a plan they took up recently through their advisor Jerry. As the conversation goes in depth, we realised that we are talking about the same Jerry Yeo. We were amazingly surprised by the coincidence then. So what we did was took a picture of three of us and send to Jerry.
Jerry was equally stunned and surprised!!! That made our day.
Indeed we are very appreciative of Jerry’s effort and we now regard him more of a friend than just an Advisor or Planner. We would most highly recommend Jerry to our contacts!!

Meet my Professional Advisor with Personalised financial guidance
I am glad to write a testimonial about my financial advisor Jerry, I attended his seminar at my company in year 2017. Upon expression of my interest, we met over a coffee to understand and explore the investment opportunities. Till then I was only focused on investment objectives, with that meeting I realized the importance of financial planning as a whole. That time I was still on EP, confused about retirement planning, housing and other aspects. I started slow to test waters, over time I find Jerry a trustworthy advisor who took sincere interest on my financial goals and provided timely guidance and advise.
Jerry is highly competent, his qualifications and results speaks for himself. What makes Jerry special from other advisors is: He is honest, humble and would be very transparent which is key to trust building. This is a rare and most valuable combination of traits. Best part of his service is his ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Being good listener, patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I had a complete understanding of the strategies proposed.
He offered a comprehensive approach, covering everything from investments and retirement planning, mortgage, housing and insurance needs. He had my best interests at the center and were not just trying to sell me financial products. Accessibility and responsiveness were top-notch throughout our association. Whether it was a quick question or a detailed discussion, he was always available with sincere interest, which made me feel valued as a client. With Jerry beside me, I feel confident about my financial future. I am grateful for the positive impact he had on my financial life. He not only helping me grow my wealth but also have also instilled a sense of financial security and peace of mind.
I candidly endorse my financial advisor Jerry and recommend his services to anyone looking for professional and personalised financial guidance. He is truly one the best advisors!

Jerry's got my back!
I got to know Jerry from another financial planner who was planning to leave the industry at a point in time. I was assured that Jerry was a competent advisor.
He later proved to be so, and more. He planned with my best interests in mind and does not force me to take up something that I am not comfortable with. I thought and still think that financial planning was complicated, but Jerry will not hesitate to patiently explain.
Jerry constantly improves himself to make himself a more valuable person. He is like a one-stop shop for anything related to finances - literally anything that comes to mind. I am impressed with his vast network of resources. He also puts in the effort to send his clients updates and articles on various topics, including retirement, investment, covid.
His planning and knowledge assures that I am in good hands, and do not have to worry about my finances and retirement.
Thank you Jerry for being a great financial planner and friend.

Meet my trustworthy adviser Jerry
My husband and I got to know Jerry through our close friends, who recommended Jerry for his outstanding service and trustworthy character. At that point of time, my husband and I just got married and we were intending to have a comprehensive planning of our insurance needs. Hence we engaged Jerry, and I would say that he is atypical of some other agents, who might appear hardselling or would prioritize policies which are more lucrative to them. But Jerry understood our needs and recommended the necessary policies with our interests in mind. He was also patient and elaborate in his explanations, and able to clarify all doubts, so as to ensure that we knew what we were getting for ourselves!
Engagements aside, Jerry is also sincere and forthcoming in sharing about his personal life and we see him more as a friend than just a planner or advisor. We are sure that if we need any advice or needs, he is only one call away, and that is a very valuable assurance to have :)
If you have any needs with regard to insurance or financial planning, I would definitely recommend you to have chat with Jerry to find out more, and if in the unlikely circumstance his recommendations do not suit your needs, I'm sure that you are not obligated to get anything.

I knew Jerry as a very attentive and competent guy who always does everything to the best of his ability. When I knew he entered the financial planning industry, I feel I have found the person I trust to plan for me and my family. When I first approached him, I had no idea what to do with my savings and how to plan for my financial future. Jerry was always helpful to go into detail what are the pros and cons of each approach and what are the insurance plans that will be able to help me achieve my financial growth.
As my family grew larger, Jerry was able to lend a helping hand and give sound financial advice to me as I moved into different stages of my life. I feel that his attention to detail and sincerity gives me the confidence that the financial advices he gave is ultimately beneficial to me. He has always given his frank opinion without thinking if it will benefit him.

Even as I moved into different phase of my life, Jerry was and is still there to provide support and has been playing a substantial part in tailoring different strategies that suit my needs across the change in my life priorities.
Jerry has the perseverance and passion to put his clients interest at the utmost priority; he is someone who will invest beyond 100% effort into something once committed, regardless of the size of the portfolio and amount invested, and will continue to stay the loyal friend and good advisor even as we move on to different phase of our lives.

Meet someone I trust - Jerry!
I was still young and has no knowledge about insurance, I trusted my friends who are insurance agents to recommend me with the plans which cater to my needs. After purchasing a few insurance plans and paid the premium for a few years, I am still unclear about what I am paying for especially the coverage and benefits.
Glad to meet Jerry about 7 years ago at a Will planning talk held in my office premise. His presentation was clear and concise. Moreover, I am impressed with Jerry being very patient in answering each and every questions asked by my colleagues. Initially, I am skeptical to speak to any adviser because I am afraid that he/she will upsell the company's products. Getting to understand that Jerry is a standalone adviser (not representing any insurance company), I decided to arrange my first meet up session with him to address my current concern.
Throughout the conversation with Jerry, it was comfortable and he was approachable. I truly appreciate that he always do his best to explain the insurance terms in layman terms instead. It definitely helps me a lot in understanding! I vividly remember there was once while Jerry was reviewing on my existing policies, he pointed out that I am actually paying for a duplicate coverage policy premium which I am unaware of. Under his impartial advice, he restructure my portfolio for a better coverage. I trusted his professionalism and proceed with no regrets.
Jerry is a meticulous and customer-oriented financial consultant. I am very contented to have him in my life and really appreciate him as a friend.
Certainly will keep Jerry in mind for my friends and family members who required guidance on financial matters!

Meet someone I trust – Jerry!
Personally I had known Jerry for more than 20 years since we are in secondary school, we have been through ups and down in life and when he expressed that he is into financial planning, I had decided to place my trust in him to manage all my insurance portfolios and financial planning.
As a consumer I have multiple agents who had approach me for their services but none with the passion shown by Jerry which on occasions where I genuinely require assistance when my kids is hospitalized, calls were made late at night where he will try his best to assist and to resolve the issues at hand.
I had seen and experienced multiple agents who are not able to service me as they have changed career paths and I am always facing difficulties with the constant change of agent and this is resolved with Jerry in the picture. He is reliable and trustworthy. My family's finance are managed by him.
Thank you Jerry for the constant support as a fellow brother as well as aiding me in tough time and many more years to come!

I was referred to Jerry in early 2020 when I was looking for a new advisor to takeover my parents' AVIVA health policies. From the very first phone conversation Jerry had positioned himself as a competent financial advisor with his credentials in the industry, while at the same time staying very humble and grounded.
We invited Jerry to our home shortly after and since then have tapped on his investment expertise and expanded our financial portfolio with him. Jerry provides us with constant updates and we fully trust his investment advice.
We really appreciate Jerry's work ethics and would highly recommend Jerry to our friends and family who are looking for a trustworthy and reliable advisor in Singapore.

Meet my financial adviser – Jerry!
Protection against life's uncertainties is sensible financial management. We are very fortunate to meet Jerry who had patiently guided us through and showed us the way. He is a family financial adviser who had worked with us to select the most suitable policies. With the right insurance, we can now rest assured our beloved ones will not be overwhelmed by a pile of bills at the most difficult time.
Jerry has a great personality and is pleasant to talk to. We had engaged in open and stress-free conversations every time we met up. At the same time, we appreciate Jerry’s honesty as he does not beat around the bush and only gives down-to-earth solutions. Furthermore, Jerry is responsive, and he is always reachable when we needed him.
As a financial adviser, Jerry is competent and has my family’s best interest in mind. He will proactively update us on the latest change. However, it could be confusing and time-consuming to establish it in policies and explain the impact. Every time in doubt, Jerry would patiently clarify his points by giving relevant examples, use graphics and charts to help us grasp difficult concepts. Jerry is very professional and understanding, he has respected every decision we made and advised accordingly to our preferences.
Finally, Jerry is equipped with the knowledge and ethics to respond to all inquiries with clear and unbiased answers. You can be assured that all his advice are practical and steer towards clients’ best interest. His positive attitude and easy-going personality are well received especially by young clients.
With the above, I would recommend Jerry to be your financial adviser.

Jerry, the one you can trust with great peace of mind!
I met Jerry when we were serving the nation together and we became brothers in arms since then. I saw his determination and perseverance with his mature thinking while we cover each other’s back. I know I can continue to trust him like how we cover each other when he decided to join the financial industry. I am proud to see his achievement along the years and it’s just the most natural things to have him the sole planner for my entire family’s financial planning, both protection and investment related, he even can advise on estate planning matters. He plans ahead for many years and helped me visualize my financial goals.
Financial planning became an easier subject for layman like us to understand better with his detailed and delicate explanations.
His non pushy attitude created the right atmosphere for discussion to really understand our needs. Being the top adviser of the year (in the financial planning competition organized by FPAS) self explained his competency level and professionalism. His friendly, jovial and approachable character makes him a likable figure and was testified among many whom I recommend Jerry to.
The trust that we had over the years gave us a peace of mind that we know we are being well taken care of, and if in doubt he will be there within a call or a text. This shows the trust we have in him and his commitment for his clients.
To the many who are hesitating to engage his service, I would strongly recommend you to drop him a note without any further hesitation, not just because of the strong professional accreditation he had achieved , but he is also definitely worth a friend to have and seek advice from.
And to Jerry, thanks for your service and advice you had provided over the many years and more to come in years to come! Deeply appreciated!

Meet someone I trust – Jerry!
I got to know Jerry through a self improvement course, during the class, I’ve observed that he has conducted himself professionally when answering the teacher’s questions. This has demonstrated his quality of knowledge in his area of expertise.
Before meeting Jerry, my policies were with different agents & different companies, I trusted the advice of the previous agents and just bought whatever they suggested. Some agents started leaving the industry, leaving me with no one to rely on if I need any financial/insurance advice.
Jerry came and relooked into all the policies that I have got and gave me a comprehensive, holistic advice. I can feel that he’s not trying to generate the most commissions for himself but to act to the best interests of the clients.
Calm, composed, patient, act in the best interest of client.
Not the “show off” type of agents who use awards to showcase his skillsets, rather his genuine care & concern for his clients.
I saw he won an award that judges based on best proposed plan rather than the usual COT, MDRT qualifications. Because how much money the agent make doesn’t mean the agent has given the best advice to the clients he served.
My entire portfolio is under his care. Before I purchased any other policies, I will ask him for advice first.
Overall, a very competent financial planner who definitely knows his stuff well. A rare gem in the industry that acts to the best interests of clients. He has done for me a more compressive, efficient plan for myself and family.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to Jerry, I’m sure you will be very well taken care of if you choose to engage his services.

Meet my trustworthy adviser Jerry!
I still remember that day - I knew Jerry by chance just in his normal presentation in our company, and I did want to start my investment journey after changed my career path after I came to Singapore.
I did have some casual talking with Jerry and started with few purchasing, step by step, I found Jerry could understand my needs very well and it let me was willing to accept his advise.
The most important thing which let me trust and understand his importance for my investment is last year, I withdraw most of my other low risk investment before February, to wait for the chance of market turning up. And one day Jerry came to me suggest me buy a fund of US market, it was just the one I’m watching, but I was only watching and waiting…after half year, finally I understand if it’s not Jerry come to me gave me that advise, I’ll miss that chance totally.
That’s what I want to say: make money sometime would need rely on market trend, but Jerry can help you catch the chance when it occur, I believe I’ll get Jerry as a adviser, and a partner in some words…in my whole investment life.

What I am most impressed with is the ability to put my interest first and provide a holistic financial plan, tailored to my goals with a define strategy!
In times of adverse situations, he doesn’t panic and usually able to keep a calamity mind for a solution tapping on his experiences!
In Jerry, I see an experience and reputable financial professional, who proactively reaches out for connections and continues to enhance his industrial knowledge while nurture himself personally. With multiple, not limiting to financial planning related certifications, coupled with multiple years of maintaining MDRT/COT status, he invokes an aura of confidence and trust when in discussions!

Meet my financial adviser – Jerry!
When I first get to know Jerry, we hit off well due to his approachable personality. I decided to ask him about how to improve my financial situation.
He reviewed my finances and shared with me about how CPF works, my life insurance, and general insurance (Home insurance) portfolio. He even share insights on CPF nomination that I have not done when I met him. While doing CPF nomination does not result him in a sale, he took the effort to share with me its importance and implications for not doing. I am thankful that I am more informed on this area.
All these years, through the meet ups we have, Jerry has a very consistent character – Reliability, meant what he says and advice based on client’s best interest. If you happen to read my testimonial, you can trust Jerry to assist you in your own family financial planning.

I got to know Jerry about 9 years ago through a wellness talk organized by my company then. I haven’t been planning seriously due to family and work commitments.
However I understand that I may put my family in jeopardy if I don’t have adequate safety net in place. Hence I decided to meet up with Jerry.
Jerry was patient in explaining concepts to me so that I can understand as a lay person. He uses diagrams and pictures which he drew on the spot to help me understand. He also shares real-life case studies to clearly illustrate possible implications if his advice was not taken.
I also like that he makes meaningful comparisons and possible options for my consideration and it helps me to make a more informed decision.
Overall, I am glad I get to know Jerry for managing my family’s portfolio. I have since recommended a few of my close friends and family to him as I know they will be well taken care of.
For me, I have this relationship with Jerry for 9 years and counting, and he is still reliable and dependable.

Crowned Financial planning Mentor of the year, meet my mentor Jerry!
My team and I have had the good fortune and privilege of being introduced to Jerry during our time competing in FPAS’ Financial Planner Awards 2020 students category. He was the designated mentor for Nanyang Polytechnic where his role served as a guide to what is expected of a comprehensive financial plan.
While we may have met Jerry not in the capacity of a client-advisor relationship, we were exposed to his level of professionalism and It was through his guidance and objective constructive criticisms that paved the way for us towards clinching the winning title.
Before the official meeting, we had a reasonable level of confidence with our report due to past experiences within our educational curriculum. However, Jerry’s vast experience and knowledge exposed us to what goes behind the standards in real world context. While he is very detail oriented with his technical analysis, he never fails to challenge our justifications, setting the tone for the ethical responsibilities that come along with being a Financial Advisor. I personally understood and sensed how closely he relied upon the ethical guidelines that drove responsible decision making when he challenged our choices made in our financial report.
While winning may seem like the desirable product, Jerry emphasized that it is merely a byproduct of his efforts. He deems that it is more important that we understand the significance of Ethics and recommending what is needed, rather than simply gathering the best financial products that may not serve the clients purpose. It is through his pay-it-forward mindset that stuck with me the most. Instilling a mindset of helping others and inspiring future financial advisors to do right by one’s clients, leaves me optimistic about kindness in the financial industry and financial literacy amongst our future generations to come.

Meet my financial adviser – Jerry!
I first got to know Jerry via my parents who decided to get his help for financial planning for the family. During that time, Jerry managed to identify key improvements to be made for our insurance coverage and guide us on the right policies to buy.
For me, even though I was still a University student when I started with Jerry, he was able to provide me an outline on how I should allocate my money. This was an important stepping stone which put me in the right direction to plan my own finances.
Jerry is hardworking and approachable. I feel comfortable with discussing with him my current insurance policies and even policies from other companies, and he will be willing to spend time to explain why they may or may not work for me. Right now, with my busy schedule, I am able to put my trust in Jerry to make the right financial decisions for me.
Financial planning is not easy, especially when it comes to insurance and investments. However, having a good financial advisor like Jerry can help ease the burden in understanding what actions to take and jumpstart your financial journey.
